October has five weekends. Two belong to ACL. When those nights are booked, they are gone.

Pets are not allowed at the Clarksville house.
Why book direct instead of Airbnb?
It is the same house and the same hosts. You can email Susan and Ken directly before, during, and after your stay.
What is the cancellation policy?

Can the pool be heated?
Yes. Pool heating is optional at $150 per day.
What if the dates show booked?
Leave your name in the form, and we will email you first if the dates open.
How close is the house to Zilker Park?
Across from Clarksville Park, with Austin City Limits at Zilker Park. Plan festival transport around official event guidance and your group’s schedule.
How many people can the house sleep?

When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 10 AM. Share your travel plans with us.
Can we host a pre-festival party?
The house fits your full group, but parties and events are not allowed. Noise monitoring is active, and this is a real neighborhood.
Is there parking?
Driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles, plus free neighborhood street parking.
