Your stay is guided by a full rental policy that outlines the house rules in detail. If you’d like to review it, just ask and we’ll share the document with you.

We’ve got you covered with all bed and bath linens, towels, soap, shampoo, and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials like paper towels, trash bags, dish pods, and coffee supplies. Just bring your personal items and anything beyond the basics!
At our Austin properties, pets are not allowed. In Long Pond, we welcome 1–2 pets with a non-refundable fee of $250 per pet. Please ensure pets stay off the furniture for everyone’s comfort.
You’ll have convenient off-street parking for 2–3 cars, and free street parking is also available. Nice and easy, so you can arrive and settle in without the parking stress.
